Just received my order and 1 set out of the 5 were damaged (see pictures) which isn’t bad really but would be better if they had all arrived in good condition

The parcel to Mo went more than a month. The look of the brush is quality, very light, like a cover. In fact, I have not tried it yet, but to the touch the bristles are quite soft, for those who like to shake brushes, such will not work.
Alas, the goods did not come, but the seller returned the money. It is a pity that it did not come ((
Arrived in the country quickly, but from the border to the post went more than to the country! Quality is wonderful. Wood processing is good. Nice to hold in your hand.
Great brushes, look like on the pictures. The price is lower than in other shops, I think, because each brush is sent in a simple plastic package, not in a cardboard box (what other shops do). Came in 25 days to Berlin.
The cheeks came a little more than a month later, well packed and very beautiful. One slightly wrinkled but I think after hot water leveled. Very satisfied, I will order more.
